Key Responsibilities:

Raise CAM invoices accurately and on time as per approved CAM budgets and agreements. Coordinate with Property Managers and CRM teams at site for CAM billing, customer communication, and issue resolution. Follow up with customers on outstanding CAM dues through calls, emails, and coordination with site teams. Reconcile CAM collections with bank statements and system records; issue receipts to customers. Track CAM collections regularly and escalate overdue or long-pending cases to seniors for action. Maintain, update, and verify customer master data including contact details, unit details, and billing information. Prepare periodic CAM collection and outstanding reports for management review. Support audits and internal reviews by maintaining proper CAM documentation and records.
