This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive - Customer Relations located in Pune. The role involves managing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional customer service, and addressing customer concerns effectively. The Executive will work closely with clients to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction through clear communication, timely response to queries, and proactive problem-solving. Daily tasks will include liaising with clients, understanding their needs, and resolving issues to strengthen trust and collaboration.
Qualifications
Strong Interpersonal Skills and the ability to build and maintain professional relationships
Expertise in Client Relations and maintaining high levels of Customer Satisfaction
Proficiency in Customer Service with a focus on problem-solving and conflict resolution
Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage effectively with clients
Ability to work on-site in Pune and collaborate effectively in a team environment
Relevant experience in customer relations or client servicing is highly desirable
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience
