Role Overview



The Executive - Customer Relations will be responsible for ensuring smooth communication between parents, students, and the institution. This role focuses on delivering excellent customer service, resolving queries, managing admissions-related communication, and maintaining positive relations to enhance the institution's reputation.

Key Responsibilities



Handle walk-in inquiries, phone calls, and online queries from parents and students. Provide detailed information about school programs, facilities, and admissions procedures. Maintain accurate records of inquiries, follow-ups, and conversions. Support the admissions and operations team during campaigns, events, and parent orientations. Address concerns and escalate issues to the management when necessary. Build and maintain long-term relationships with parents. Coordinate with academic and administrative departments to ensure timely responses to parents. Assist in documentation, application processing, and data entry tasks. Ensure a welcoming and professional environment at the reception/front office. Travel locally for promotions, follow-ups, and outreach activities as required (Two-wheeler must).

Skills & Competencies



Excellent communication skills (English, Telugu, Hindi preferred). Strong interpersonal and customer handling abilities. Good presentation and convincing skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure. Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer operations. Positive attitude, patience, and professional behavior.

Eligibility



Minimum Graduation required. MBA or Engineering graduates preferred. Freshers and experienced candidates can apply. Must own a two-wheeler for field activities.
