Roles & Responsibilities

Conduct Outbound Communication To Initiate And Build Client Relationships Across Us/eu Regions. Act As A Bridge Between Clients And Internal Departments For Seamless Communication Manage Pre-sales Activities: Requirement Gathering, Product Introductions, Sampling, And Onboarding Understand Client Needs And Coordinate With Internal Teams For Tailored Solutions Maintain Accurate Crm Records And Ensure Timely Follow-ups
