Customer Management Achieving Volume Planned during OPL Planning & Execution of Account Specific Activation Programs Account Specific Customer Service Price Control & Stability, Act as a single window Terms of Trade Agreement & Implementation 3. Progress Review & Suggest Inputs to Generate Demand Achievement & monitor progress of Redistribution value and volume targets Present Account wise review on a Quarterly basis Identify Gaps at customer level vis-a-vis Business Plans & suggest inputs Ensure Nestle contribution to Account perpetually increases over time. Monitor, evaluate & Control CCS
