null Key Responsibilities: o Managing office administration assets and upkeep of the same. o Agents Contracting o New Business Processing o Banking of Initial & Renewal Premium o Managing Petty cash & vendor payments o Retention of Surrender Requests o Execution of all Service Requests - Post Policy Issuance o Reverting on customer queries and complaints o Maintaining high NPS Scores o Life and Health Claims processing o Handling compliance issues. o Audit Rating Measure of Success: o Service to Delight- 3Days o Customer Engagement - 70 o Surrender Retention - 68 o NPS-85 o 100 Banking with 24 hours. o Vendor payment TAT should be < 10 days o Surrender Requests Desired qualifications and experience: o Graduate / Post-Graduate in any discipline. o 2-3 years experience handling front end customer services o Knowledge of service quality is required Knowledge and skills required: o Must be highly customer centric o Excellent communication skills o Good co-ordination skills o Data management on Excel should be good
