Agents Contracting ? New Business Processing ? Banking of Initial & Renewal Premium ? Managing Petty cash & vendor payments ? Retention of Surrender Requests ? Execution of all Service Requests - Post Policy Issuance ? Reverting on customer queries and complaints ? Maintaining high NPS Scores ? Life and Health Claims processing ?
