We are looking for a friendly, well-presented, and customer-focused
Customer Delight Executive
to assist walk-in customers in the store. The role involves greeting customers, understanding their needs, offering product guidance, and ensuring a smooth and positive in-store experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers warmly as they enter the store.
Understand customer needs and provide the right product or service guidance.
Assist customers with product information, availability, and features.
Maintain a polite, positive, and friendly approach during all face-to-face interactions.
Ensure customers feel supported, valued, and satisfied throughout their visit.
Guide customers to the right sections or staff members when needed.
Handle basic queries related to products, pricing, and store policies.
Coordinate with the sales and service team to support customer requirements.
Maintain store cleanliness, display arrangement, and a welcoming environment.
Collect feedback from customers to help improve store experience.
Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum education:
12th pass or above

Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.
Pleasant personality and professional appearance.
Ability to understand customer needs and assist politely.
Basic product knowledge (training will be provided).
Strong interpersonal skills with a positive attitude.
Ability to remain calm and patient with customers.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
