Make outbound calls to potential clients from the company database.
Answer client queries regarding basic product details.
Generate leads and set appointments based on the Sales Managers' schedules.
Communicate customer issues, concerns, or feedback to the reporting authority.
Escalate customer complaints to the reporting authority for resolution.
Maintain polite and respectful communication with potential customers at all times.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proven success in a fast-paced environment, both individually and as part of a team.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
Solid computer skills, including MS Office and Gmail.
Well-organized and detail-oriented approach to work.
Ability to handle rejection and maintain motivation on a daily basis.
