Role & Responsibilities
? Respond to customer inquiries through various channels.
? Resolve customer complaints and concerns promptly and professionally.
? Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions.
? Investigate and resolve customer issues using problem-solving skills.
? Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
? Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve customer experience.
Requirements
u Bachelor's degree or Undergraduate
u Minimum 1+ years of experience in Customer service/ Tele calling
u Proficient in computer skill
u Fresher can also apply
u Good team player
