Designation: Customer Care Executive
Location:- Hidesign corporate office, Pondicherry
Educational Qualification: Graduate/MBA / PGDM or any relevant degree
Preferable: Female candidates
Experience: Freshers - 2yrs
Package: Up to 18K
Responsibilities:
Acknowledging and responding to customer queries and complaints.
Coordinating with the sales teams, logistics/ warehouse teams and the customer to resolve issues.
Operations calling: Morning need to call all stores and remind to process pending orders. (Website and marketplace).
Checking about pickups, calling logistics partners to pick up Omni orders from stores. (Website and marketplace)
Revenue generation through calling customers who have abandoned Shopping cart on website.
Marketplace ticket tracker data entry of ticket ID, Status and remarks
Required:
Good communication
Must understand fashion
Good in writing emails
Hindi speaking is a must
