Retention of current business by ensuring good service.
Fulfilment of SLAs (Service Leave Agreement) as agreed with the stakeholders (Insurance companies, brokers, corporate and individual customer) by coordinating with the backend operations team.
Attending to stakeholders query in person/mails/over the calls and resolving it.
Guiding and updating stakeholders in documentation and requisites to be followed in the process life cycle of the policy.
Updating the stake holders if there are any deviation in the process and address the queries as and when required. o
Building and maintaining relationships with the stakeholders by o Organizing proactive meetings and address issues well in hand.
Strong verbal, written, presentation and persuasive skills that effectively communicates with and influences customers.
Understanding of customer and market scenario o
Minimum of one year experience in handling CRM role will be preferred
