Key Responsibilities:
Customer Relationship:
Handle customer complaints, queries, and service requests from across
Pan India
in a timely and professional manner.
Maintain a customer-first approach and ensure high standards of customer satisfaction.
Coordinate and support the
Sales Team
with necessary customer follow-ups, order updates, and issue resolution.
Maintain records of customer interactions and follow-ups using CRM or internal tools.
Recruitment Coordination:
Assist the HR department in coordinating the
end-to-end recruitment process
.
Schedule interviews, follow up with candidates, and maintain recruitment databases.
Coordinate with various departments to identify hiring needs.
Maintain candidate records and ensure smooth onboarding processes.
General Support:
Follow up on leads received from various sources and ensure timely updates to the sales/HR team.
Act as a communication bridge between customers, internal teams, and candidates.
Key Requirements:
Proficiency in
Hindi and English
(spoken and written) is mandatory.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
Prior experience in customer service or recruitment coordination will be an advantage.
Proficient in MS Office and basic CRM tools.
Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred: HR, Business Administration, or related fields).
0-3 years of experience in customer support or HR coordination roles is desirable.
