We're Hiring: Customer Care Executive (Follow-Up Role) Location: Gurgaon, Haryana- Open Positions: 2 Female Candidates Working Days: 6 Days a Week | - Rotational OffPosition: Customer Care Executive (CCE) - Follow-Up Key Responsibilities:- Make follow-up calls to existing and potential customers.- Maintain accurate records of calls and update CRM regularly.- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely responses.- Provide basic product/service information when needed.- Ensure customer queries and concerns are handled professionally. Candidate Requirements:- Female candidates only (2 positions available)- Excellent verbal communication skills (Hindi & basic English)- Confident, energetic, and proactive personality- Both freshers and experienced candidates can apply- Basic computer knowledge preferred- Comfortable working 6 days a week with rotational weekly off (ref:updazz.com)
