About the role:
As the Executive - Curriculum & Training, you will drive the development and delivery of curriculum materials, learning resources, and teacher training initiatives. This role requires end-to-end ownership of deliverables, working alongside internal teams and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to ensure all outputs are high-quality, learner-centered, and delivered on schedule.
Key Areas of Responsibility:
Curriculum & Learning Resource Development: Lead the creation of curriculum modules and learning resources that align with program goals and monitor learning progress through assessment-aligned materials. Ensure all content is contextual and responsive to classroom realities in Rajasthan.
Teacher Training Design & Enablement: Support the design, refinement, and execution of teacher training modules, session plans, and facilitation materials. Coordinate with educators to ensure training relevance.
SME Coordination & Review Management: Drive collaboration with SMEs through structured briefs and systematic follow-ups. Synthesize feedback efficiently to reduce rework while maintaining a dependable professional rhythm.
Delivery Planning & Execution: Manage workplans, timelines, and reporting for all curriculum workstreams. Proactively flag risks and unblock dependencies to ensure smooth approval cycles and timely delivery.
Quality Assurance & Knowledge Management: Ensure all outputs meet pedagogical standards for clarity and accuracy. Develop consistent templates and improve workflows based on implementation feedback to make processes scalable.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Experience: At least 1+ years of experience in curriculum development, teacher training, or education program delivery.
Stakeholder Management: Ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders, including SMEs and educators, with respectful follow-through.
Mindset: A belief in working with trust, care, and learning, with an interest in building systems that make impact scalable.
Adaptability: Willingness to support continuous improvement in workflows based on real-world feedback.
Additional Details:
Location: Churu / Jaipur / Rajsamand, Rajasthan.
Travel: Regular travel between offices and the field is required.
