Manage and maintain customer databases and records.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner.
Coordinate with the sales and production teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
Follow up with clients for orders, payments, and service feedback.
Prepare regular reports on customer interactions and sales performance.
Assist in developing and implementing customer retention strategies.
Update CRM software with accurate and up-to-date customer information.
Support marketing campaigns and promotional activities targeted at existing customers.
Key Skills:
Good communication and coordination skills
Basic knowledge of CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, etc.)
Strong customer service orientation
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)
Attention to detail and data accuracy
Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
2-5 years of experience in customer relations or sales support (manufacturing background preferred/ Relevant )
