Job Description

Key Responsibilities



Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, including builders, contractors, interior designers, and retail customers.

Understand customer requirements related to stone types, finishes, sizing, and delivery schedules

.



Coordinate with the sales, logistics, and warehouse teams to ensure timely order fulfilment.

Address customer inquiries and resolve issues such as product quality concerns, delivery delays, or installation guidance.

Regularly follow up with clients post-sale to ensure satisfaction and identify repeat business opportunities.

Monitor client accounts, maintain records, and keep CRM software up to date.

Share customer feedback with the production and operations teams to improve service and quality.

Attend industry events, site meetings, or showroom visits to strengthen client relationships.

Requirements



Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or relevant field (Civil Engineering background is a plus).

Proven experience in sales or customer relationship management, preferably in the construction or stone industry.

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.

Ability to manage multiple client accounts and work in a deadline-driven environment.

Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.

Preferred Qualifications



Graduate any discipline.

Knowledge of MS office
