Responsible for managing and strengthening relationships with dealers, distributors, contractors, and project clients. Handles customer data, communication, sales tracking, and supports marketing activities to enhance satisfaction, loyalty, and retention in the Dry Mix Mortar segment.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and update dealer/project/customer data in CRM.
Coordinate with sales, dispatch, and accounts for smooth order processing.
Track inquiries, quotations, deliveries, and customer follow-ups.
Handle customer queries and feedback professionally.
Generate CRM reports on leads, conversions, and interactions.
Support marketing campaigns and customer segmentation for promotions.
Coordinate between sales, technical, and clients for communication and support.
Suggest and implement CRM process improvements ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Business or related field.
1-5 years' experience in CRM or sales coordination (preferably in construction materials).
Knowledge of CRM tools, MS Excel, and reporting.
Excellent communication, organizational, and follow-up skills.
Customer-focused with strong problem-solving ability.

CTC ?35,000-?40,000 per month
