Job Description

Analyzing customer data to segment customers based on demographics, behavior, and other factors for targeted marketing and sales efforts.

Generating reports on customer interactions, campaign performance, and other relevant data to inform decision-making

Identifying opportunities to streamline CRM processes and improve efficiency.

Working closely with marketing, sales, customer service, and other teams to ensure a unified customer experience.

Ability to identify and resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively.

Pay: ?17,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
