Job Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and organized

Lead Management or Client Relations Executive

to support our Marketing Manager in handling lead generation, client communication, and follow-ups. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing incoming and outgoing client interactions - including calls, emails, and quotations - and maintaining smooth communication with prospective and existing customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the Marketing Manager in managing and nurturing leads from various channels. Make outbound calls to potential leads and follow up with existing clients to maintain engagement. Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries via phone and email. Prepare and send quotations based on client requirements. Track and update lead status using CRM tools or internal databases. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are addressed in a timely manner. Help streamline the lead management process to improve conversion rates. Support in organizing marketing campaigns and outreach efforts.

Key Requirements:

1-2 years of experience in lead management, client servicing, tele calling, or a similar customer-facing role. Excellent communication skills-both verbal and written. Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-first attitude. Familiarity with CRM software or lead tracking systems (preferred). Basic proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Education:

Graduate in any stream (MBA Preferred)

Pay: ?28,000.00 - ?33,000.00 per month
