Role Summary:


Responsible for managing daily Zoho Sales CRM operations, maintaining accurate data, supporting lead management, and assisting the Senior CRM Coordinator in reporting and process compliance.

Key Responsibilities:



Manage and update leads, customer data, and follow-up status in Zoho CRM. Support lead allocation and track timely follow-ups by the sales team. Prepare basic MIS, daily/weekly reports, and dashboards. Ensure CRM process compliance across teams. Coordinate with sales executives and dealers for data updates. Assist in basic CRM support and training for users.

Requirements:



Graduate with 1-3 years of experience in CRM / Sales Coordination / MIS roles. Basic knowledge of Zoho CRM preferred. Strong skills in Excel and data management. Good communication and coordination abilities.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year

Work Location: In person
