Responsibilities:
Handle incoming orders from clients via WhatsApp, phone, or email
Understand product requirements and confirm rate & lead time
Coordinate with internal production and dispatch teams for timely deliveries
Follow up with clients for payments, order updates, and feedback
Maintain proper documentation of client interactions in Google Sheets/CRM
Respond to client queries and resolve issues politely and quickly
Assist senior management in improving customer experience
Key Skills:
Good communication (Hindi & basic English)
Familiar with WhatsApp, phone handling, and basic computer usage
Knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets is a plus
Basic understanding of electrical products like power cords is preferred
Responsible and organized working style

Experience:
6 months to 2 years preferred in CRM / Sales Support / Order Handling
Education:
Minimum 12th pass. Graduate preferred
