JOB RESPONSIBILITY:-- Please find the required qualifications for the preferred female candidates- The CRM Executive will play a pivotal role in managing customer relationships and enhancing customer satisfaction through effective CRM strategies.- Develop and implement CRM strategies to improve customer engagement.- Analyze customer data to identify trends and insights.- Monitor and report on CRM performance metrics.- Preferred female candidate 2-3 years of relevant experience.- Excellent written communication skills.- Experience with CRM software.- Familiarity with Google Sheets and other relevant software.- Ability to manage customer communication, including sending emails and organizing data in Google Sheets.Ideal Profile:- The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical and interpersonal skills.- Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).- Data analysis and reporting skills.- Understanding of customer segmentation and targeting.- Excellent communication skills.- Problem-solving abilities.Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
