Job Duties & Key Responsibilities
* Duties and Responsibilities - "\xe2\x80\xa2 Customer Service - TAT Tokens customer complaints and NSR/SR closure Management \xe2\x80\xa2 Daily cash collection / updating and deposition & Checking and updating agency/branch walk-in collection. \xe2\x80\xa2 Cross selling the insurance and other products to walk in customers \xe2\x80\xa2 Cash & Customer Service /NPS and Audit Queries \xe2\x80\xa2 Service branch maintenance and control \xe2\x80\xa2 Consistent increase in penetration of CDM/Kiosk \xe2\x80\xa2 Manage escalations with teams (Centralize/HO) for end to end resolution \xe2\x80\xa2 Petty cash management \xe2\x80\xa2 Maintain minimal errors in audit report published by HO."
Required Qualifications and Experience
* "\xe2\x80\xa2 Understanding of cash & customer service related processes and policies. \xe2\x80\xa2 Graduate/Post graduate fresher/with experience \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to work independently and towards deadlines. \xe2\x80\xa2 Effective oral and written communication skills"
