Job Duties & Key Responsibilities
* Duties and Responsibilities - \xe2\x80\xa2 Fulfillment of Gold loan process at branch post sales and basic data entry by Marketing executives \xe2\x80\xa2 Training for subsequent new hires on Policies & Processes for Gold Loan. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensuring policy adherence and meeting the TAT at branches. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensuring adherence to Vaulting Process & Policies. \xe2\x80\xa2 Auditing Gold as per laid down Policies & Process. \xe2\x80\xa2 Valuation of Gold Ornaments \xe2\x80\xa2 Provide Feedback to HO Authorities on Credit Process / Policies / Local Market on a regular basis. \xe2\x80\xa2 Data Analysis & Sharing of best practices with other location teams
Required Qualifications and Experience
* \xe2\x80\xa2 Graduate 1-4 years of relevant experience in Gold loan Industry. \xe2\x80\xa2 Knowledge of Gold Appraisal process \xe2\x80\xa2 Imparting Gold Appraisal / Evaluation Training. \xe2\x80\xa2 Good interpersonal skills
