About the Role:

We are looking for a

proactive and detail-oriented Executive - Credit Control

to join our Finance team. The role involves managing customer accounts, ensuring timely collections, and maintaining accurate receivable records to support smooth financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Track and monitor

customer outstanding payments

. Follow up with clients for

payment collection

and resolve discrepancies. Coordinate with

Accounts, Sales, and Operations

teams for billing accuracy. Prepare

customer ageing and MIS reports

for management. Maintain updated credit control data in

ERP systems

.

Preferred Qualifications:

Graduate in

Commerce, Finance, or Accounting

. 2-3 years' experience in

Credit Control / Accounts Receivable

. Proficient in

MS Excel

and

ERP tools

. Strong communication, analytical, and coordination skills.
