Executive - Costing and Budgeting

Looking for a young and dynamic individual who is passionate about numbers and statistics. The individual should have a background of statistics and good knowledge of Working on Excel. The candidate will have an opportunity to understand and contribute to winning large projects with MNCs and HNIs.

The role will require the following expertise:

1. Good knowledge of Civil and interior projects - Candidate should be able to understand how a civil/ interior project is budgeted and executed.

2. Great Excel Skills - speed and experience in using MS Excel is what will be key for this role. A good understanding of using Pivots and Charts will definitely be helpful.

3. Understanding of Geometry - Candidate should have good knowledge on Geometry. Knowledge on calculation of Volume and Areas for different spaces is a must.

4. BOQ & Costing - All this knowledge will need to be applied into understanding the client requirements and preparing a quotation to be issued to a client.

5. The candidate will work directly support management, Design team and the BD & Sales team

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ?30,000.00 per month
