Position Overview



We are seeking a

dynamic and motivated MBA Graduate (Marketing & Sales stream)

for the position of

Executive - Corporate Sales (IT)

. The role requires an enthusiastic professional who will drive B2B sales, engage with corporate clients, and contribute to Radiant's growth in the IT solutions domain.

Key Responsibilities



Identify and generate new business opportunities in the IT solutions space (Hardware ,Networking, Security, Data Protection, Cloud, etc.). Build and nurture long-term relationships with corporate clients. Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product/service demonstrations. Collaborate with technical teams to create customized IT solution proposals. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Provide regular sales reports and client feedback to the management team. Stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and evolving client needs.

Mandatory:

Report to the office daily before visiting client meetings.

Desired Candidate Profile



MBA (Marketing/Sales) - 2024-2025 Batch preferred. Strong interest in

Corporate Sales / B2B IT Solutions

. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Energetic, self-driven, and eager to learn. Ability to build rapport and handle corporate clients with professionalism. Must be based in/comfortable with daily reporting at

Okhla Phase II, New Delhi

.

Compensation & Benefits



CTC:

?3,00,000 Fixed + ?50,000 Variable Performance Incentive.

Tenure-linked Benefit:

We prefer the candidate should be resides nearby office .If the candidate resides within a

3-4 km radius (PG/Flat)

of the office, 50% of the rent will be reimbursed upon successful completion of

1 year tenure
