. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating and managing corporate jewellery orders from inquiry to delivery, ensuring timely execution, quality control, and client satisfaction.
Eligibility:
Only candidates with a background in the jewellery industry will be considered.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle B2B/corporate jewellery orders from clients and internal sales teams
Coordinate with production, design, QC, and dispatch teams for order flow
Ensure accurate documentation (order forms, invoices, approvals, etc.)
Monitor and update order tracking sheets and client updates
Maintain strong client communication regarding delivery schedules and changes
Resolve order issues or delays efficiently with internal coordination
Assist in bulk order packaging and dispatch coordination
Maintain reports for weekly/monthly order status and fulfilment
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in the jewellery industry
(retail, manufacturing, or exports)
Strong understanding of jewellery order processes and product types (chains, rings, bangles, etc.)
Good communication skills in English and Hindi
Proficient in MS Excel, basic ERP/CRM tools
Highly organized, team player, and proactive approach
