Key Responsibilities:
Prepare documents and presentations for investor meetings.
Create finance and banking-related documentation.
Coordinate with the legal team for corporate and regulatory documents.
Work with the finance team on planning and reporting tasks.
Collaborate with the Customer Success and Tech teams to prepare documents for new business proposals as requested by management.
Requirements:
MBA in International Business, Operations, or Marketing.
1-3 years of experience in corporate operations or a similar role.
Strong communication and documentation skills.
Proficient in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to coordinate with multiple teams and manage timelines effectively.
