Looking for position for one of the institutes of Symbiosis International University i.e. Symbiosis University Hospital & Research Centre, Lavale, Pune
Hospital is 900 beds NABH Accredited, Multi-super Specialty State of the art hospital, associated with Symbiosis Medical College for Women.
Qualification and Experience : Graduate+ marketing management course/ MBA Marketing, MHA with marketing specialisation. Experience of handling corporate clients
Key Responsibilities 1. Corporate Relationship Management ? Identify, approach, and build partnerships with corporate companies, industries, and institutions for healthcare tie-ups. ? Maintain ongoing relationships with HR heads, Admin teams, and decision-makers of corporate accounts. ? Manage existing corporate accounts to ensure continuous patient referrals and service satisfaction. 2. Business Development & Revenue Growth ? Promote hospital services including Health Check-ups, OPD consultations, diagnostics, and preventive health plans. ? Ensure consistent inflow of patients through employee health programs and tie-up benefits. ? Identify business opportunities for empanelment's and manage renewal of existing MOUs. 3. Corporate Events & Health Camps ? Organize and execute corporate health check-up camps, wellness talks, and promotional events at corporate offices and industrial zones. ? Coordinate logistics, medical teams, and communication materials for these events. ? Prepare post-camp reports, feedback summaries, and follow-up plans for conversions. 5. Branding & Communication ? Ensure appropriate branding and visibility of hospital services during all corporate engagements. ? Support digital and offline communication initiatives for corporate outreach. 6. Reporting & MIS ? Maintain a database of all corporate contacts, visit details, tie-up status, and camp outcomes. ? Submit daily field visit reports and monthly corporate activity summaries. ? Track revenue generated from corporate accounts and report on growth trends. Desired Skills & Competencies ? Strong presentation and communication skills (especially with corporate HR/Admin) ? Relationship management and negotiation ability ? Event planning and execution (health camps, wellness sessions) ? Understanding of corporate wellness and preventive healthcare programs ? Target-oriented, disciplined, and self-driven personality ? Good command over MS Office, CRM, and reporting tools ? Must have a Decent command over Spoken & Written English ?
