The candidate should know

3. Should be able to read well, write reports, edit
   reports, make reports look good
   
   
4. The candidate will be gradually trained and provided
   additional responsibilities for business development for CI
   
   
5. The candidate would be required to work across the team and
   develop CI skills which will enable the candidate to understand client
   requirements which can be communicated through our reports.
