Role
To Support the corporate communication team in managing daily task, engage with media and be a repository of all department resources and information.
A purpose driven role for you
1. Draft and distribute press releases, Media Advisories and other corporate communication material, and manage department resources.
2. Manage daily media queries and respond to the media request for information, mange media information and maintain media database.
3. Coordinate with relevant departments to gather information and ensure accuracy in communications.
4. Manage the media fleet and arrange for media transportation and logistics
5. Support the posting of content on social media handles.
A Day in the life
The role of Executive corporate communication should be a creative, enthusiastic storyteller who can work across teams and with various executives to mine for compelling stories and content ideas
This individual may have experience working in a newsroom or internal communication department and should have the demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic organization, with a track record of generating results.
Academic Qualification & Experience
5-10 years of experience writing in a corporate environment
Graduate in journalism, communications, public relations or marketing is an advantage
PG in mass communication
Technical Skills/Knowledge
Should have managed a variety of corporate communications channels, including corporate intranets, mobile, and internal social media channels
