Execution Operations Coordinator:

Full time

Job Summary:

Will be responsible for ensuring smooth execution of all operations, client nurturing and engagement, content coordination, and community engagement. This role requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual who can streamline processes, coordinate with various teams, and enhance the client experience.

Operations & Process Management Client Engagement & Nurturing Content & Social Media Management
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Coordination & Organization: Strong ability to coordinate with teams, follow up on pending tasks, and keep track of operations.

Proficiency in Tools: Experience with Canva, WhatsApp Business, CRM tools, Google Forms. Should be familiar on how to use AI to streamline the operations

Basic Design Skills: Ability to create visually appealing creatives and eBooks using Canva and AI.

Experience in Operations & Client Management: Ability to manage multiple processes efficiently

Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication for engaging with clients and teams with English speaking.

Learning Passion: Passion to learn and upskill to achieve personal growth.

Preferred Qualifications:

Graduate with Proficiency in English (must)/ Hindi

Experience (2 years is preference)/ Eligible Freshers may apply

Any extra short term course to improve soft skills is an advantage
