Key Responsibilities
Coordinate meetings, appointments, and official communications for senior executives
Liaise with government departments and officials for project updates, documentation, and follow-ups
Prepare and manage calendars, travel plans, and meeting agendas
Draft formal letters, emails, and reports as required
Maintain records of meetings, minutes, and action items
Ensure timely follow-ups and task closures across departments
Support in organizing official visits, reviews, and client interactions
Candidate Requirements
Female candidates only
Graduate in any stream (mandatory)
2-4 years of experience in executive coordination or client-facing roles
Prior experience dealing with government clients is highly preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Professional demeanor and ability to handle confidential information
