Job Summary



We are looking for a smart, professional, and highly organized Executive Coordinator / Personal Secretary to assist Management with day-to-day office operations, scheduling, communication, and confidential tasks. The ideal candidate must have excellent English communication skills and the ability to manage responsibilities independently.

Key Responsibilities1.

Office Coordination

Manage daily office work and support management in routine tasks.

Handle documentation, filing, record keeping, and office communications.

Prepare letters, reports, presentations, and official documents.

Track tasks, follow-ups, and ensure timely completion.

2. Personal Assistance to Management



Maintain the Director's calendar, meetings, and appointments.

Manage travel plans, reminders, and confidential information.

Draft and respond to emails, letters, and official communication on behalf of management.

Ensure smooth coordination between management and departments.

3. Enquiry & Communication Handling



Attend calls, visitors, and enquiries professionally.

Act as a bridge between clients, vendors, and internal departments.

Ensure clear and timely communication as instructed by management.

4. Reporting & MIS



Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.

Assist in formatting, data entry, and basic analysis.

Maintain meeting minutes and action points.

5. Administrative Support



Assist in payment collections or cash handling when required.

Organize and support meetings, events, and office activities.

Ensure smooth administrative coordination.

Requirements



Graduate in any discipline.



Excellent English communication skills - both written and verbal

(English Must

).

1-5 years of experience in coordination, secretary, or admin roles.

Strong knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Professional, trustworthy, and disciplined working style.

Ability to multitask, work independently, and handle confidential tasks.
