Preparation and timely filing of statutory e-Forms with ROC (MGT-7, AOC-4 XBRL, DIR-12, INC-22, PAS-3, etc.).
Maintenance and updating of statutory registers as per Companies Act, 2013 and Secretarial Standards.
Preparation of monthly/quarterly compliance status reports.
Organizing Board, Committee, and General Meetings, including drafting notices, agendas, agenda notes, and minutes.
Drafting and implementation of Board and Shareholder resolutions.
Ensuring compliance with CSR provisions.
Assisting in drafting, reviewing, and managing commercial contracts, NDAs, MOUs, and service agreements.
Contract management and coordination with external legal counsel for minor legal/litigation matters.
Working knowledge of Companies Act, 2013 and Secretarial Standards.
Familiarity with XBRL filings.
Basic understanding of contract management.
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
