Responsible to increase the revenue from the Territories by driving the Territory of the hospital to increase the output
Identifies opportunities for direct to customer activities through KOLs, community leaders, various institution, clubs, associations, schools etc. and work in synergy with the DTC team to execute the same.
Be the champion of organisation in the territories and responsible for driving acquisitions, tie-ups, activities, Retail and institutional activities in the region.
Ensures execution of various brand building activities driven through centre or HO & also identify local branding opportunities in the territories & work in synergy with the brand manager to execute the same.
Ensuring to works in synergy with the product manager & brand manager & executes the product strategy in the assigned territory and reports the execution.
Responsible to provide timely & correct information as well as feedback (market intelligence) from the market for all the segments to help design the right product and to devise sales/marketing strategies.
Ensures targets for product wise mix of both OPD and IPD numbers and revenues are met.
Creates effective communication tools for the team in synergy with the brand manager to create better interaction and engagement with the doctors and Patients.
Preparing various MIS and Reports.
Develop good communication skills, both written and verbal to ensure accurate information is conveyed to other members of the team.
To undertake an appraisal and personal development review annually and through self-development, continuously update and improve knowledge and competencies through continuous learning.
Qualification : Graduate
Total Experience:
3-5 years relevant experience.
