Job Summary:

The Executive -Commercial Operations will be responsible for overseeing daily operational activities, ensuring effective workflow, process optimization, and timely execution of business operations. The role involves coordination with internal teams, vendors, and clients to support seamless business performance and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day operational tasks and ensure smooth workflow across departments Assist in planning, organizing, and executing operational strategies Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers for timely delivery and quality compliance Maintain and update operational records, documentation, and reports Identify process gaps and propose improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs Support inventory, logistics, or service delivery functions (as applicable) Ensure compliance with company policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs) Assist in internal and external audits, and ensure timely closure of audit findings Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Finance, HR and other employees

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field 1-3 years of experience in operations or administrative roles Strong organizational and multitasking skills Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Volza etc. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with staff and clients. Strong analytical and problem-solving ability Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Tech-savvy with the ability to adapt to new tools and platforms quickly

Working Conditions:

Full-time position 10:30 AM - 6:30 PM. Monday to Saturday (Works as per CAMA calendar) Office-based with occasional travel depending on operational needs.
