Commercial Executive - Sales Support (IFM Division)

Role Overview
The Commercial Executive will play a key role in supporting the Sales team in preparing competitive and compliant commercial proposals, cost sheets, analysis of RFP documents, and coordination with cross-functional departments. The role requires excellent Excel proficiency, basic industry knowledge, and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare commercial proposals, BOQ costings, and budgetary quotations for IFM opportunities
Support bid management activities including documentation, pricing formats, and rate validations.
Coordinate with Operations, Purchase & Finance for alignment on pricing inputs.
Assist in pre-bid and RFP clarifications, submission schedules & compliance documentation
Track and monitor tender portals.
* Ensure timely delivery of submission requirements as per client deadlines.
