Coordinate with field sales staff (Medical Representatives, Area Managers, etc.) for daily activities.
Ensure timely dissemination of sales targets and schemes to the sales force.
Act as a communication bridge between the sales team and other departments like marketing, logistics, and finance.
Helping the sales team in Back hand order process
2. Knowledge of MIS reporting
Maintain and update sales data (primary and secondary sales).
Generate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports (region-wise, product-wise, etc.).
Analyze sales trends and prepare performance dashboards for management.
Knowledge of how to prepare a challan/ Sale Invoices and to enter the purchase bill, also how to make an E-Way bill.
Prepare Indent update for sales team.
Help the sales team in creating counters in Medvol /Publishing, Medvol orders status/ Helping product drafting/arranging Medvol training as and when required.
Providing Medvol Reconciliation to Medvol team to create the P.O twice a month.
After P.O.generation, ensure to reimbursement of schemes to each CSA and a final report to submit to the Medvol team
3. Incentive Management
Track sales performance for incentive calculation.
Prepare and process sales incentive reports as per company policy.
Coordinate with HR/Finance for timely disbursement of incentives.
4. Documentation & Compliance
Manage documentation related to sales operations (sales orders, schemes, approvals).

Basic understanding of pharma sales processes and terminologies
Educational Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, or related field
Experience:
2-5 years of experience in Commercial Finance Department, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
