This role offers an opportunity to grow and learn the business requirement on a day-to-day basis and develop an extensive set of skills through a variety of meaningful assignments at an all-India level. Working in a multi-function team environment helps you to develop business acumen with financial analysis, learn stakeholder management and build an overall understanding of different finance functions.
Mission of Role: Finance executive - This is a key position in Commercial finance structure which will enables building / enhancement of key competencies like Commercial acumen, Stakeholder management, financial analysis, Reporting, Variance analysis & Scheme management
Role Responsibilities
Track cross functional MIS impacting customers/ sales deliverables such as Past Dues of key customers
Act as an interface between regional finance office and requirements at HO
Support with data requirements for auditing purpose to ensure proper compliance with all regulations
Identify process improvement to effectively and efficiently deliver functional responsibilities
Support Assistant Finance Manager - East with ad-hoc projects as and when required
Drive efficiency in claims servicing by partnering with commercial sales & GBS claims settlement team
Tracking agreement status relevant for the function and coordinate with concerned parties for required action.
To ensure that Customers reconciliation issues are timely resolved.
Track monthly Stock reconciliation of depot inventory.
Control over system master (customer/ tax/ price/ material)
Ensure month end closing with stipulated timelines
Provide various MIS/ ad-hoc report to management/ sales as per requirements.
Making monthly accrual File and updating them with actualization of expense to keep a track of open provision in books
Track accrual ageing and lead discussions with commercial sales & customer marketing teams on claim submissions
Qualifications
Experience/ other aspects
Professionally qualified candidate with 2 years' experience / MBA finance/CA fresher/CA-inter 4-5 years of experience.
Role will involve moderate amount of travel
