Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated

Executive Coach

to join our growing team. As an Executive Coach at MantraCoach, you will work with senior leaders, executives, and managers to enhance their leadership capabilities, optimize decision-making, and navigate organizational challenges. You will play a key role in helping clients achieve professional and personal breakthroughs that contribute to their success.

Key Responsibilities

Provide one-on-one executive coaching sessions to leaders and professionals across industries. Design and implement customized coaching plans tailored to client needs and organizational goals. Support clients in developing leadership skills, emotional intelligence, conflict resolution, and communication strategies. Help clients set measurable goals, track progress, and achieve sustainable results. Deliver workshops, group coaching sessions, and leadership development programs when required. Maintain confidentiality, professionalism, and ethical coaching standards at all times. Collaborate with MantraCoach's team to continuously improve coaching methodologies and offerings.
Qualifications

Certification in coaching (ICF, EMCC, or equivalent) is highly preferred. Proven experience (5+ years) in executive coaching, leadership development, or organizational consulting. Strong understanding of business dynamics, leadership challenges, and organizational behavior. Exceptional communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills. Ability to build trust and rapport with diverse clients. Flexibility to work with clients across different time zones.

Pay: ?40,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
