Key Responsibilities :Client Relationship Management :- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients. - Maintain regular communication, updates, and proactive problem-solving. - Build and sustain long-term client relationships to encourage repeat business. Project Coordination :- Assist in planning and executing events, ensuring alignment with client objectives. - Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for smooth project delivery. - Manage timelines, track progress, and prepare status reports. Presentation & Administrative Support :- Coordinate with internal members to collect inputs and form professional PowerPoint presentations for client pitches, meetings, and reports. - Prepare client presentations and meeting documentation. - Maintain organized records for all client-related activities. Quality Assurance - Ensure deliverables meet client expectations and company standards. - Gather and analyze client feedback for continuous improvement. Qualifications - Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. - Experience: At Least 2 years of experience in client servicing or account management (preferably in Events). Skills: - Mandatory: Professional PowerPoint presentation skills (designing and formatting high-quality presentations). - Design Tools: Knows Canva; familiarity with other design tools and software will be an added advantage. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with project management tools is a plus. - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. - Ability to create concept presentations and work on Excel files for budgeting purposes.
