Handle client queries through phone calls, emails and meetings
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients
Assist in onboarding new clients and explaining company products/services
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely service delivery
Resolve client issues and escalate when required
Maintain client records, follow-ups and documentation
Collect client feedback and support retention initiatives
Support sales and account management teams when needed
