Job Description

• Candidate should have experience in civil related activities of OSD pharma company like epoxy flooring, painting and gypsum false ceiling, walkable false ceiling. He should have experienced in Building maintenance activity of process and outside for facility up keep.
• This position person needs to interact with all types of persons like production head, warehouse head, and all department section heads as well as junior person hence he needs maturity and skilled then he can able handle this position. In such cases he could be able to handle his position along with quality of work including efficiency. Experienced and matured person can interact positively and he can able to handle work pressure.
• Needs experienced and maturity person to interact with all heads and section heads to handle work pressure and to give quality service.
• Candidate should be familiar with Facility upkeep documentation.
• Candidate should familiar with SAP for PR processing for civil related activities.
• Handling ongoing project activities of site Capex and HO Capex.
• Hanlding of QMS.
• Complinace to all internal and external audits.
• Exposure of regulatory audits like MHRA, USFDA.

Work Experience
Candidate Should have 6-8 years experience in Pharma civil Department.
Education
Graduation in Engineering or Civil Engineering
