Key Responsibilities
Culinary Leadership: Design, test, and implement innovative seasonal menus and daily specials.
Operational Excellence: Oversee all kitchen operations, ensuring consistency in food quality, plating, and service speed.
Financial Oversight: Manage food costs (COGS), labor budgets, and inventory to maximize profitability without compromising quality.
Team Development: Recruit, train, and mentor staff; foster a culture of professional growth and mutual respect.
Safety & Compliance: Maintain world-class sanitation standards and ensure 100% compliance with local health and safety regulations.
Vendor Management: Build and maintain relationships with local farmers and suppliers to secure the best seasonal products.
Requirements Experience: 8+ years in professional kitchens, with at least 3 years in a Head Chef or Executive Chef capacity.star hotel experience will get additional advantage Education: Degree in Culinary Arts or equivalent apprenticeship/professional experience. Skills: Mastery of [conti,indian Mediterranean/Asian Fusion] and advanced knowledge of kitchen tech (Inventory software, POS systems). Attributes: Strong leadership under pressure, excellent communication, and a "lead-by-example" work ethic. Availability: Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the business.
