1. Develop and execute innovative menus that reflect the brand's vision and seasonal trends.
2. Maintain exceptional standards of food quality, flavor, and presentation across all outlets.
3. Oversee menu tastings, recipe development, and kitchen presentations.
4. Ensure compliance with sanitation, food safety, and occupational safety regulations.
5. Monitor inventory, control food costs, and minimize waste through effective planning and portion control.
6. Supervise all kitchen operations, ensuring efficiency and consistency in food preparation.
