2. Leadership with Purpose
Lead, coach, and build a kitchen team that's disciplined, respectful, and eager to learn.
Set and maintain kitchen culture rooted in efficiency, hygiene, and pride.
Regularly train staff on plating, speed, cleanliness, and service synergy.
3. Systems & Cost Mastery
Maintain a fine balance between quality and cost-efficiency.
Oversee procurement, vendor relations, stock rotation, and wastage control.
Innovate with local ingredients to keep costs smart and menus fresh.
4. Guest-Centric Experience
Step out of the kitchen: interact with guests, receive feedback, and co-create memorable dining moments.
Accommodate dietary preferences with flexibility and finesse.
Ensure food arrives on time, every time--especially for room service and events.
5. Brand Reputation & Innovation
Partner with marketing to present food that photographs beautifully and sells itself online.

You Are Someone Who...
Has atleast
5+ years
of culinary experience with
3+ years in a senior/executive chef role
.
Understands and excels in
Indian, South Indian, Continental
, or
Fusion cuisines
.
Believes food can
build a hotel's brand
, not just fill plates.
Has managed kitchens for
resorts, boutique hotels, or standalone premium restaurants
.
Leads by example, respects junior staff, and holds high standards.
Can handle peak-season pressure without losing the soul of the dish.
