Job Title: Executive Chef
Location: Coimbatore
Project: SoHoVa - Barcade and Restaurant (230-seater setup)
Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Executive Chef to lead our culinary operations at our upcoming Barcade and restaurant. The ideal candidate must have expertise in multi-cuisine offerings, strong leadership skills, and the ability to deliver a high-quality dining experience in a fast-paced, themed entertainment setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the entire kitchen and culinary team operations for both the restaurant and the bar menu
Design and implement diverse menus with focus on Indian, Continental, Asian, and fusion dishes
Coordinate with the Barcade team for food pairings and themed offerings
Maintain the highest standards of hygiene, quality, and presentation
Manage food costing, procurement, and inventory
Train, supervise, and motivate kitchen staff
Collaborate with management on new ideas, seasonal menus, and promotional events
Requirements:
Minimum 8-10 years of experience, including prior leadership as an Executive Chef
Strong knowledge of multi-cuisine preparations
Experience in managing high-volume kitchens
Passion for innovation and guest experience
Culinary degree or relevant certifications preferred
